Can I find the time to blog?

So, as I was sifting through the creative content and fantastic pictures of my fabulous blogging friends, I've decided to bite the bullet and give it a go! What concerns me most is can I find the time to blog? "Have No Fear", the tiny voice in my head challenges me along, "When you put your mind to something Janet, you just DO IT!" Which I can't really argue with, because it is true for the most part!



I think that I've come to the reality that blogging may help me keep on top of uploading photos, talking about my crazy yet somewhat tame life, and expressing my opinions. What a great way to leave our mark!



I had an inviting event this AM and as I was cleaning that event up I thought... you know I really should have taken pictures and blogged about this! So here's the story....



Usually while Cooper is eating his breakfast every morning, I jump on Face Book (I'm totally addicted) for about 30 minutes.... OK it's more like an HOUR! You got me!! Well today, he decided to dump his Lucky Charms, milk and all, on the island in the kitchen. He was quiet, I was checking out Face Book. I should have KNOWN something was up! He was spreading them around with his hands on the counter top, eating them at random, and in the process spilling milk and cereal all over the floor. Thank God we have dogs that were experiencing their own slice of Heaven as they lapped at the milk and got an occasional stray marshmallow or piece of cereal!



As I realized what was going on back there, I jumped up from the kitchen table and ran over to survey the damage. Cooper's face was covered with cereal and marshmallow remnants, his arms and hands covered with milk and goo, and the milk had spread across the counter top just approaching my mobile phone within 1/4 of an inch! Now for those of you that don't know, this is my 3rd phone in 3 years because (at $200-250 a POP) I'm not the best at safeguarding it from things like, our salt water fish tank, a drop from the top of the car, or a nice dunk in the sink.



All I know is that today.... I and my phone were saved!
